Rubino is a red blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon with sweetened dry grape wines. Aged for 2 years in used barrique barrels, added with sweet wine aged 3 years, further aged for 1 year and bottled unfiltered. Grapes are hand-picked and aged in used barrique barrels.
